About Sugar Land's Public Recreation

Finding a nice park in Sugar Land is easy to do since there are about 25 parks in the city. Many of these parks have traditional amenities while others are more unique. The Brazos River Park is a long series of parks located along the Brazos River running through the middle of Sugarland. Many of its areas are dedicated to natural habitat while others are dedicated to disc golf, dog parks, and many hiking trails. For hiking visit the Oyster Creek Trail for over 3 miles of hiking or biking trails along Oyster Creek and other small ponds.
